We take great pride in our positive staff retention record and current attrition rate of just 1.5% in a traditionaly transient industry. We practice the strictist standards and criteria in our recruitment and background checks and thereafter, our team is our absolute priority to support, train and motivate to deliver excellence for our customers. We employ local people, we pay well and reward fortnightly and have supervisors and management on hand to continually offer support. We are extremely proud of every one of our hard working 135 strong team.

We are fully commited to achieving first class safety records and operate a thorough and comprehensive safety management system that is overseen by one of our Directors who is a Health & Safety specailist. We also employ Health & Safety consultants, Penninsula Partnership, who keep us up to date with changes in legislation to minimise future risks.
Upon appointment by any new client, Ben Green always completes a risk assessment, and works requirement audit that are then both reviewed and monitored at regular performance meetings. Each job is also subject to independant quality checks and monthly client review meetings. In addition, seperate visual appraisals will be carried out with our management amd key client contact.

Family values are at the heart of our business and the senior management team are personally involved in everyone of our client contracts. Every member of our team is part of the extended Ben Green family and we are extremely proud how everyone of them delivers our high standards every day.
We are Hull based and it is important to us that one of the Directors is always on hand, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to attend to clients needs wich is why we never work for any business more than 50 miles away or one hours drive time. We have often been asked to tender for national clients but have declined as our personnal attention is what our clients love!

Performance meetings with service users are carried out on a regular basis. Our suggestion is to hold these meetings with you monthly at the start of a service moving to three monthly as the contract progresses.
We encourage a cross section of clients to attend these meetings to ensure we fully understand our customer's ongoing needs. Our management will review performance and cost against your criteria always ensuring we provide a cost effective service.
Meeting dates to be planned in advance, suggested agenda to include review of quality Audit Forms/ meeting clients needs/ any alterations to building useage/ recommendations from both parties to improve the service.
In addition seperate visual appraisals will be carried out between our management and your representative at regular intervals.
