  The condition of your building is often the first impression that your customer will gain of your organisation. All building work causes a lot of dust and dirt. Ben Green & Associates has a team of cleaners who specialise only in builders and sparkle cleaning. We can work to the quality standards your premises require whether that involves a prestige service or a more basic lower cost service. Some examples of our builders and sparkle cleaning services include:

  Welfare areas - Cleaning the inside and outside of all cupboards and tops, cleaning all surfaces, cleaning the inside and outside of fridges, freezers, dishwashers and washing machines, de-scaling and cleaning of sink and removing all labels.

  Washroom areas - Scrubbing and disinfecting washroom floors, scrubbing and disinfecting toilet, cleaning and de-scaling bath, showers and shower doors, scrubbing and de-scaling washroom sinks, wiping all counters, cleaning mirrors and removing all labels.

  Ladderless and traditional window cleaning - Ben Green's will clean all your frames, sills and glass, leaving a perfect sparkling finish. We do this using our state-of-the-art dual-flow, van-mounted reach and clean water-fed pole system. Cleaning at ground level in this way ensures we fully comply with the Working at Height Regulations, giving you the peace of mind that our work is carried out safely.

  Corridors / communal areas - Sweeping / vacuuming all vinyl, carpet and timber floors, lifts and stairs and washing with suitable detergent as necessary. Removing all builders' marks and paint splashes.

  Plant / boiler rooms - Wiping down exposed steelwork. Sweeping, vacuuming and washing down concrete floors. Wiping down water tanks and ledges.

  Open office areas - Sweeping / vacuuming and polishing all vinyl, carpet and raised flooring systems. Electric switches and plugs carefully cleaned to remove paint drippings and dirty marks.

  Entrance / lobby areas - Removing any protective tape and cleaning and polishing frames to doors and screens. Cleaning and polishing all glazing and tiled areas.

  Lifts -Cleaning out lifts and polishing all lift fronts.

  Our builders and sparkle cleaning also includes optional professional window cleaning, carpet and soft fabric cleaning.
